Aces and Faces Gives Players More Choices

Aces and Faces is one of the most popular video poker games in the industry, and it draws upon the various Royal Poker games that are out there. The game is still played with a traditional 52-card deck, but special payouts are awarded to players who create four of a kinds with Aces and face cards--Jacks, Queens and Kings. Like most other variations of video poker, the Royal Flush will still pay out the highest amount of money of all of the different poker hands. The game is played just like any other standard variation of video poker, as well. Players simply decide how much they want to wager, then click the 'Deal' button to view their first five cards. They can choose to hold or return cards for others as they see fit.

Aces and Faces

Once the player has determined which cards to hold, the rest are exchanged for new cards. Then, once this is completed, the software determines the highest poker hand and pays the player accordingly. One of the nicest things about this game is that it gives players the opportunity to double their money after a win by choosing the high card, and this is known as the Double or Nothing bet in many casinos--or a sucker bet in others. Aces and Faces is available as a free video poker game in some venues, but this is not always the case. Whether or not there is a free version depends solely upon the casino offering it.
